Please read this document carefully before using 47170’s services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether done by you or others who have access through your credentials. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

- Using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or any purposes violating Malaysian laws is strictly forbidden.
- Users are not allowed to use automation software, bots, or any technology that manipulates the platform’s system.

3. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 47170 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including local e-wallets and bank transfers listed in your account’s payment section.
47170 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for each deposit and withdrawal transaction. These limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and user account status. Current limits will be clearly displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of the platform.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the selected payment method. 47170 reserves the right to withhold or delay processing if there is a need for compliance checks or additional identity verification. Users must ensure their registered bank account or e-wallet information is accurate and belongs to them — 47170 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers are the users’ sole responsibility.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
47170 reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- User violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There are fraudulent activities, money laundering, or suspicious transactions associated with the account in question.
- User provides false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- The account is found to be involved in abuse of bonuses or platform promotions.
- There are instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulators.
Users may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 47170 customer support. Before closing, all valid account balances must be withdrawn according to the prescribed withdrawal procedures. Any bonus credits with unmet wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited automatically.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third Party Links

47170’s total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
